Your pathway through our classes
Not sure where to start?
Every class is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Progressing through the levels in order helps you build strength and technique safely. Here's how it works.
-
Your starting point on the reformer. These classes cover the core principles of Pilates and get you confident on the machine, whether you've used one before or not. Expect a full-body workout, paced steadily and adapted to meet you exactly where you are — with adaptations to exercises if you are further along in your practice. Slower paced, but still a full-body challenge.
The perfect place to start.
-
Once you've mastered the Foundation exercises, it's time to build. Foundation Plus moves at a slightly faster pace and introduces more equipment for a medium-intensity class — perfect for progressing your practice. For more experienced practitioners wanting a slower-paced class, or if you are used to attending open level classes at other studios.
You'll need to be confident at Foundation level before joining this class.
Not suitable for beginners or those recovering from injury. Progressing too early can increase your risk of injury, so we recommend that you complete a minimum of 15 Foundation classes before moving on. This gives your body time to build the strength and control that Foundation Plus relies on.
-
A clear step up. Faster paced with more challenging choreography, this class draws on classic and contemporary intermediate repertoire to tone and condition the whole body.
Not suitable for beginners or those recovering from injury — if in doubt, check in with your teacher. Because Dynamic Conditioning moves faster and demands more control, we recommend that you complete 10–15 classes at Foundation Plus first. This isn't about ticking a box — it's about making sure your body is ready to work safely at the next intensity level. If you're not sure, ask your teacher at your next session; they'll be able to guide you.
-
Building on Level 2, this is our most challenging class. Expect more demanding exercises from the intermediate repertoire, greater endurance, and flow between exercises — a strong total-body workout that builds stamina, strength and flexibility. You'll need to be confident and proficient in Dynamic Conditioning (Level 2) before booking into Intermediate Plus.
Always check with your teacher to confirm you're ready — this class moves quickly and demands a strong foundation, so it's worth the extra check to avoid injury.

Our pre + postnatal Reformer classes are taught by an experienced, fully qualified teacher. Each class is adapted to your individual needs, moving at a gentler pace and combining mobility, strength, and balance work — perfect for supporting a healthy pregnancy, birth, and postnatal recovery. Pre-natal classes are suitable to join after your first scan, from approximately 12 weeks onwards.
You're also welcome to join our Level 1 and 2 classes, as long as the teacher is pre & postnatal qualified. Please check with us ahead of booking.
With only four reformers in the studio, your teacher can give you individual attention and adapt exercises where needed, helping you move confidently and comfortably throughout your session.
