  • Caroline Shayp Teacher and Studio Manager

    Caroline

    Teacher and Studio Manager

Caroline has been a dedicated Reformer Pilates practitioner for 17 years. She first discovered the practice after a back injury, and an early diagnosis of degenerative disc disease. Pilates has since transformed the way she moves and connects to her body and mind.
She firmly believes in the healing power of Pilates to enhance mind-body connection, improve mobility and flexibility, build strength, support rehabilitation, and prevent injury.

In 2022, Caroline began her formal teacher training with STOTT at YMCA-fit London, qualifying in both Reformer and Mat work.

Her classes are warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully structured. She focuses on form and technique and offers personalised adjustments to ensure every client — whether new to Pilates or more advanced — feels supported, challenged, and able to progress confidently and safely with their practice.

Her hope is that you leave each session feeling energised, stronger, more aligned, and perhaps standing a little taller!Description goes here
